Manual Wafer Stepper
The Manual Wafer Presenter/Stepper presents all wafer IDs for visual inspection/reading. The cassette with wafers is inserted and a stair-step lifting comb contacts the wafer edge thereby incrementally spacing the wafers for easy viewing. Models are available for all wafer sizes except 300mm.
