The manual Wafer Lifter provides easy reading of wafer IDs. Typical lift height is approximately one-third of wafer diameter. Five wafer selection ranges (lifting five wafers each) provide viewing of every wafer in cassette. This model is also available with the add-on GLA precision Automatic Wafer Aligner, allowing manual presentation after wafers are automatically aligned.
